摘要
针对有机化学实验教学的现状,我们推荐了以吡喃并[2,3-c]吡唑类化合物为测试物的核磁共振波谱分析实验,该实验具有以下特点:测试物的制备成本低、合成方法简易、结构中质子数量适中,谱图清晰,化学位移分布较广,易于讲解等,由于化合物结构简单,该实验大大缩短了测试时间。通过对吡喃并[2,3-c]吡唑类化合物上所有的1H和13C NMR信号的归属,结合理论知识,学生能够较快的推测化合物的结构,大大增强了学生对化学实验的兴趣,有效的把学生的理论知识转化为实际应用,有利于学生实践能力与科学素养的培养,达到提高教学质量的目的。
In view of the current situation of organic chemistry experiment teaching, we recommend a NMR spectroscopy experiment with pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole compounds as the test substance. This experiment has the following characteristics: the preparation cost of the test substance is low, the synthesis method is simple, the number of protons in the structure is moderate, the spectrum is clear, the chemical shift distribution is wide, and it is easy to explain. Due to the simple structure of the compound, this experiment greatly shortens the test time. Through the attribution of all 1H and 13C NMR signals on pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole compounds, combined with theoretical knowledge, students can quickly infer the structure of the compound, which greatly enhances students’ interest in chemical experiments. Effectively transform students’ theoretical knowledge into practical applications, which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ practical ability and scientific literacy, and achieves the purpose of improving teaching quality.
