摘要
《公司治理(全英语)》课程综合性较强,内容也比较抽象。教师在教学过程中曾陷入学生积极性不高,课堂参与率低等困境。由于公司治理的主要理论来源于企业的相关治理问题和案例,因此,我们可以采用情景剧和案例辩论等灵活的教学方法,把公司治理案例改编成情景剧和辩论主题,组织学生分角色扮演股东、董事或总经理进行决策模拟,或者参与案例辩论。让学生成为课堂的主动参与者有利于教学效果的改善。
The course of “corporate governance (all English)” is comprehensive and abstract. In the process of teaching, teachers have fallen into the predicament of low enthusiasm of students and low participation rate in class. Since the theory of corporate governance comes from the related corporate governance issues and cases, we can adopt flexible teaching methods such as Sitcoms and case debates to make corporate governance cases into sitcoms and debate topics, organize students to role play shareholders, directors or general managers, or participate in debates. It is advantageous to the improvement teaching effect that makes the student become the active participant in the classroom.
