摘要 教育评价是一项具有历史性、世界性、实践性的难题,同时教育评价既有国际公认的标准,也有适合本国特色的实践体系。增值评价在重视起点、尊重差异、强调发展、关注过程上弥补了传统评价的不足之处,但同时增值评价在实然的应用层面也面临着诸多的挑战。本文就增值评价的内涵与优势、与传统评价的优劣对比以及目前增值评价所面临的挑战展开叙述,以为我国的教育评价改革提供一些思考。 Educational evaluation is a historical, worldwide, and practical problem. At the same time, educational evaluation has both internationally recognized standards and a practical system suitable for its own characteristics. Value-added evaluation has made up for the shortcomings of traditional evaluation in emphasizing the starting point, respecting differences, emphasizing development, and focusing on the process. At the same time, value-added evaluation also faces many challenges at the actual application level. This article describes the connotation and advantages of value-added evaluation, the comparison of its advantages and disadvantages with traditional evaluation, and the challenges faced by the current value-added evaluation, so as to provide some thoughts on the reform of education evaluation in our country.
