摘要
“双一流”高校的建设中,人才建设处于关键地位。人才的合理流动与稳定从业离不开科学合理的薪酬体系。当前我国高校教师薪酬体系建设仍然存在单一制的薪酬制度尚未改观、高层次人才薪酬体系建设有待完善、双一流建设中的薪酬支出比例尤显不足等制约瓶颈。可以通过探究发达国家在高校教师薪酬体系建设方面的有益经验,结合我国高校教师薪酬体系建设的客观实际,从薪酬体系及标准规范化和制度化等方面提出高校教师薪酬体系的完善策略与建议。
In the construction of “double first-class” universities, talent construction is in a key position. The rational flow of talents and stable employment can not be separated from the scientific and reasonable salary system. At present, there are still bottlenecks in the construction of salary system for university teachers in China, such as the unitary salary system has not changed, the construction of salary system for high-level talents needs to be improved, and the proportion of salary expenditure in the construction of double first-class is particularly insufficient. By exploring the beneficial experience of developed countries in the construction of university teachers’ salary system and combining with the objective reality of the construction of university teachers’ salary system in China, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the improvement of university teachers’ salary system from the aspects of standardization and institutionalization of salary system and standards.
