摘要
赏识教育是以尊重学生的人格为前提,在承认差异、尊重差异的基础上,用欣赏的眼光发现学生的可贵之处,并予以充分肯定,以实现对学生有效激励作用的“正强化”教育。在班级管理中,学会运用赏识教育法,让学生找到自我存在的价值,对于构建一个充满向心力的集体十分重要。本文笔者结合多年班级管理经验,浅析赏识教育在班级管理中的作用以及如何适当地进行赏识教育,将赏识教育做到春风化雨润心田。班主任可以运用善于发现、及时肯定进行赏识教育,创造和借助恰当的情境进行赏识教育,发自内心、顺其自然地进行赏识教育以及适度地进行赏识教育等四种赏识教育的办法进行班级管理。
Appreciation Education is based on the premise of respecting the personality of students. On the basis of acknowledging and respecting students’ differences, it finds out students’ preciousness with appreciation vision, and fully affirms them so as to realize the positive reinforcement of students’ effective incentive effect. In classroom management, it is very significant to learn to use the Appreciation Education Method to allow students to realize their self-worth for building a collective full of centripetal force. In this paper, the author combined with many years of class management experience, analyzes the role of Appreciation Education in class management and how to carry out Appreciation Education appropriately, just like spring breeze and rain moistening the heart. The head teacher can use four methods to carry out Appreciation Education in class management, namely, carrying out Appreciation Education in a timely and positive way;carrying out Appreciation Education in appropriate situations;carrying out Appreciation Education from the heart without obvious trace;carrying out Appreciation Education in criticism.
