新军事变革下国防科技人才培养需求及促进措施研究

Research on the Training Demandsof National Defense Science andTechnology Talents and ItsPromotion Measures under the New Military Reform

军事技术的变革和战争模式的转变对国防科技人才提出了全新的需求,当前急需的国防科技人才按照职能特点和工作对象可分为国防科技创新型人才、国防工程技术型人才和复合指挥型国防人才。针对所需的人才类型,分别从学校、企业和国家层面提出多学科交叉融合、校企合作和终身学习三种促进人才培养的措施。在线教育的便利性和资源的丰富性可以满足人们对于远程学习和个性化学习等方面的要求,在本文提出的人才培养措施中可以起到重要的作用。

The revolution of military technology and the transformation of war mode have put forward new demands for national defense science and technology talents. The currently urgently needed national defense science and technology talents can be divided into national defense science and technology innovation talents, national defense engineering technical talents and compound command national defense talents according to their functional characteristics and work object. Aiming at the types of talents needed, three measures to promote talent training are proposed from the perspectives of school, enterprise and nation: intersecting and blending of multi-disciplines, school-enterprise cooperation and lifelong learning. The convenience and the richness of resources of online education can satisfy people’s requirements for distance learning and personalized learning, and can play an important role in the talent training measures proposed in this article.
