为了响应国家教育方针,实现科技强国的复兴之路,当代高等教育对人才的培养规格更着重于一专多能、高素质、具有较强的动手能力、实践能力及创新能力的复合型高级人才,实验教学是实现以上教学目标的重要手段。以往的课程体系中,往往理论教学占了相当大的比重,与理论课程相比,实验课程的课时相对较少,实验室工作往往不受重视,对实验室相关的管理也不重视、更不愿意投入物力、精力来建设。随着改革开放的越来越深入,社会科技的发展与进步,以及国家政策方针的引导,关于高等学校教育的改革也逐步的深入,各大高校越来越重视实验教学,对实验室的日常维护管理、实验课的教学管理工作也越来越重视,人力、物力的投入比重也在逐年增长。
