摘要
现阶段大学生就业形势严峻,就业矛盾突出,给我国高校人才培养带来了严峻的挑战。本文遵循社会科学研究方法,并从大学生就业能力认知角度进行了调研。研究发现:大学生就业能力认知对学习行为的影响在性别、年级两个维度上没有差异;在专业类型、学校类型两个维度上存在差异且差异显著,并发现就业能力认知差异会导致不同的学习行为,并对学习行为有积极作用。并在调研的基础上从大学生、高校、国家三个层面给出提高大学生就业能力和解决大学生就业问题的建议与对策。
At present, the employment situation of college students is severe, and the employment contradiction is prominent, which brings severe challenges to the talent cultivation of colleges and universities in China. Based on the effects of cognitive differences in employability, this study followed the methods of social science research and found that: there was no difference in the influence of college students’ cognition of employability on learning behavior in two dimensions of gender and grade;there are significant differences in the two dimensions of major type and school type, and it is found that cognitive differences in employability will lead to different learning behaviors, and have positive effects on learning behaviors. On the basis of research, suggestions and countermeasures are given to improve the employment ability of college students and solve the problem of college students’ employment from the three levels of college students, universities and the country.
