摘要
审计是一门实操性较强的学科,并且在实务中以项目组的形式开展审计工作。在教学中模拟审计项目组的工作环境,即“项目驱动式”教学让学生沉浸在工作环境中,有利于培养学生未来适应真实工作环境。除此之外,审计项目组是以一个分工合作的形式开展审计工作的,这就与“合作学习”思想不谋而合,将课堂由“老师讲授学生听”转变为“学生实训老师指导”的模式。本文主要阐述通过这种教学形式结合课程实训性质与课程培养目标,对教学活动的设计和改革内容,提高了学生课堂参与度,高效率提升学生实训技能,更好地契合应用人才的培养目标。
Auditing is a discipline with strong practicality, and the auditing work is carried out in the form of a project team in practice. Simulating the working environment of the audit project team in teaching, that is, “project-driven” teaching allows students to immerse themselves in the working environment, which is conducive to cultivating students to adapt to the real working environment in the future. In addition, the audit project team conducts audit work in the form of division of labor and cooperation, which coincides with the idea of “cooperative learning”, which transforms the class-room from “teaching by teacher and listening by students” to “instructing by student training teachers” pattern. This article mainly elaborates that this teaching method combines the nature of course training and course training objectives, the design and reform content of teaching activities, which improves students’ classroom participation, improves student training skills efficiently, and better fits the training target of applied talents.
