团体心理辅导对初三学生数学焦虑的作用

摘要 初三学生面临中考压力,由于数学成绩不理想或较低,产生数学焦虑,影响身心健康。该研究对实验班的初三学生进行为期一学期的团体心理辅导,降低其数学焦虑。结果发现,与对照组相比,实验组在辅导前后数学焦虑变化显著,焦虑水平明显下降。由此可知,团体心理辅导能够有效降低初三学生的数学焦虑。加强对初三学生心理状态的监控,降低外界环境对初三学生心理的影响,有助于减轻学生的数学焦虑状态。 Facing the pressure of high school entrance examination, it is more likely to be affected by the external environment for students in the third year of junior middle school. Due to their unsatisfactory or low mathematics scores, they produce mathematics anxiety which affects their physical and mental health. This study conducted group psychological counseling for students in the third year of junior middle school in the experimental group to reduce their mathematics anxiety during one semester. The results showed that compared with the control group, the level of mathematics anxiety of the experimental group significantly decreased after counseling. It can be seen that the mathematics anxiety of junior middle school students has been reduced through group psychological counseling. In the third year of junior middle school, we should strengthen the monitoring of the psychological state of students and it is helpful to reduce their mathematics anxiety when reducing the influence of the external environment on them.
