Study on Management Mechanism of Innovation Training Program for University Students

创新训练项目旨在促进大学生对所学理论知识的转化和拓展,增强运用知识和解决实际问题的能力,针对大学生创新训练项目管理经验欠缺的状况以及项目执行过程中可能出现的问题,本文聚焦于大学生创新训练项目的管理机制,主要从时间管理、组织管理、经费管理和成果管理四个方面进行详细阐述。

The innovative training program for college students aims at promoting the transformation and expansion of theoretical knowledge, enhancing the ability to apply knowledge and solve practical problems. In view of the lack of experience in project management of college students and the problems that may arise in the process of project implementation, this paper focuses on the management mechanism of innovative training projects for college students, mainly from four aspects including time management, organization management, finance management and achievement management.
