开放大学学习中心组织设计优化及质量评价研究初探——以四川开放大学直属部为例

摘要 基层学习中心是国家开放大学面向地方区域直接办学、培养人才、提供服务的终端,高质量的学习中心是国家开放大学品牌和教育教学质量的重要保障。文章以原四川广播电视大学直属部学习中心为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式对其办学现状、学生需求、教学管理和支持服务存在问题进行了深入分析梳理,以四川开放大学更名转型为契机,提出了新型学习中心的办学定位、对组织结构和办学职能进行了优化,提出了教育教学质量评价的策略,从多个维度为各地方开放大学学习中心建设提出了思路和参考。 The grass-roots learning center is the terminal for the National Open University to directly run schools, train talents and provide services for local regions. A high-quality learning center is an important guarantee for the brand of the National Open University and the quality of education and teaching. Taking the learning center of the former Department directly under Sichuan Radio and Television University as the research object, this paper deeply analyzes and combs its school running status, student needs, teaching management and support services by means of questionnaire survey. Taking the opportunity of the renaming and transformation of Sichuan Open University, this paper puts forward the school running orientation of the new learning center, and optimizes the organizational structure and school running functions, this paper puts forward the strategies of education and teaching quality evaluation, and puts forward ideas and references for the construction of learning centers in local open universities from multiple dimensions.
