摘要
阐述自我效能感的内涵并用自我效能感理论对学习动机产生影响的机制进行分析,进而提出学生动机提高的策略,从而达到提升学生学习成绩的目的。
This paper expounds the connotation of self-efficacy, analyzes the influence mechanism of learning motivation with self-efficacy theory, and then puts forward the strategies to improve students’ motivation, so as to achieve the purpose of improving students’ academic performance.
