高职学生文明礼仪素养现状及培养对策

The Status Quo and Training Countermeasures of Civilized Etiquette Literacy of Higher Vocational Students

我国是文明礼仪之邦,历来关注个体素养。提升学生文明礼仪素养并将此内化为其成长中的一部分,使学生在今后的学习工作中保持良好的礼仪素养,树立正确的价值观。但长期以来受应试教育思想的影响,此项教育效果并不理想。以高职学生群体为例,其普遍缺乏礼仪素养意识,缺乏礼仪素养知识的专业性学习,尊师重教意识以及情义交往礼仪意识淡薄,甚至缺乏良好的社会道德认知,因此高度重视学生文明礼仪教育并积极探索有效对策具有必要性。本文主要就高职学生文明礼仪素养培养问题进行探讨,明确培养重要性,深入探讨解决对策,以提高学生的综合素养,使得高职学生保持良好的文明礼仪习惯。

China is a civilized and ethical state, and has always paid attention to individual literacy. To improve students’ civilization and etiquette literacy and internalize it as a part of their growth, so that students can maintain good etiquette literacy and establish correct values in their future study. But for a long time, influenced by the thought of exam oriented education, the effect of this education is not ideal. Taking the students group of higher vocational colleges as an example, they generally lack the awareness of etiquette literacy, lack of professional learning of etiquette literacy knowledge, respect teachers and emphasis on teaching and the sense of love and communication etiquette are weak, and even lack of good social moral cognition. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to students’ civilized etiquette education and actively explore effective countermeasures. This paper mainly discusses the cultivation of the students’ civilization and etiquette quality, clarifies the importance of training, and discusses the solutions in depth to improve the students’ comprehensive literacy, so as to keep the good civilized etiquette habits of the students.
