摘要
我国城镇化已到了深入发展的关键时期,社会转型加速,鲁中山区的乡村由于与城镇化脱节,出现了大量微型学校。这些学校深受地理位置偏僻,优秀师资数量不足,家长文化素质普遍不高,城镇化进程中城乡人口比例失衡,政府的财政扶持和社会的资金帮扶不足等多方面影响,长期处于基础课程开设不全、校本课程未得到充分开发和教育质量较低的现状中。因此,通过实行“走教制”,打造优秀课程开发团队,多渠道开发乡村课程资源,加强政府对山区乡村微型学校的财政扶持,积极向社会筹集资源等举措,有助于促进鲁中山区乡村微型学校的进一步发展,将我国义务教育均衡发展向更深更广的水平推进。
China’s urbanization has entered a critical period of indepth development, and social transformation is accelerating. Due to the disconnection with urbanization, a large number of rural miniature schools have appeared in Luzhong mountain area. These schools by remote, excellent teachers’ shortage, parents culture quality is generally not high, in the process of urbanization population imbalance between urban and rural areas, the government’s financial support and insufficient social capital support and other aspects, the longterm insufficiency in basic courses, school-based curriculum is not fully development and the present situation of the education quality is low. Therefore, through the implementation of “teaching system”, make good curriculum development team, multi-channel development of rural curriculum resources, strengthen the government financial support, to the mountain country miniature school positive measures such as raising resources to the society, help to promote the further development of the miniature school in countryside, compulsory education balanced development in our country to a deeper and broader level.
