摘要
智能制造是一种全新的制造模式,在智能制造背景下,开展工业工程新工科专业的发展与实践研究。大连工业大学筹建了基于VR技术的智能制造车间创新实践平台,运用虚实结合技术和理念,实现对产品设计、工艺设计、加工装配、智能生产管理、物流管理等产品全生命周期各个阶段的运行、监控和管控。依据学科特点和科研及创新实践基础,开展工业工程实践教学模式的创新研究,设计了虚实结合的层级化实践教学内容体系,丰富专业实践教学资源,创新实践教学新模式新方法,将培养智能制造背景下的工业工程高素质领军人才和具有跨学科交叉整合能力的工程技术人才的培养目标落到实处。
Intelligent manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode. Under the background of intelligent manufacturing, the development and practice of new engineering major in industrial engineering are studied. Dalian Polytechnic University has set up an innovative practice platform for intelligent manufacturing workshop based on VR technology, which combines virtual and real technologies and concepts to realize the operation, monitoring and control of product design, process design, processing and assembly, intelligent production management, logistics management and other stages of the product life cycle. According to the characteristics of the discipline and the basis of scientific research and innovative practice, the innovative research of industrial engineering practice teaching mode is carried out, and the hierarchical practice teaching content system combining the virtual and the real is designed to enrich the professional practice teaching resources and innovate the new practice teaching mode and method. The goal of cultivating high-quality industrial engineering leading talents and engineering and technical talents with interdisciplinary integration ability under the background of intelligent manufacturing will be put into practice.
