摘要
反思是教师提升自身专业发展水平与改进教学的重要路径,其重要机理在于反思通过评价巩固与完善教师的知识结构的同时,丰富与提升教师的教学经验,进而革新与完善教师观念及其支配下的教学言行,同时借助多重立场的反思为自身的发展赢得空间。在反思的审视、监控、评价与筹划下,教师的教学观念与教学言行持续不断地向有利于学生全面高质量发展的方向转变。
Reflection is an important path for teachers to improve their professional development and teaching. The important mechanism of reflection is to enrich and enhance teachers’ teaching experience while consolidating and improving their knowledge structure. At the same time, teacher should use multiple reflection to acquire space for their teaching and development. Under the reviewing, monitoring and planning of reflection, teachers’ teaching ideas, teaching words and deeds are constantly changing in the direction of being good to students’ healthy and high-quality development.
