学生参与理论视角下的中职学生管理思路探析

On Student Management of Secondary Vocational School—From the Perspective of Student Involvement Theory

“以人为本”是中等职业学校管理的核心价值取向。在“以学生为本”的理念下,中等职业学校积极探索学生管理模式,形成军事化、自主化、企业化三种典型的管理模式。学生参与理论认为学生是积极的学习参与者。要求教育者关注学生参与的动机与行为,重视学生在环境中的积极体验,肯定课外活动对学生发展的积极影响。在产教融合的大背景下,多方利益主体共同参与学校治理,当中需强化学生作为核心主体的地位,帮助学生进行合理的自我定位,激发学生参与动机;强化校企合作,丰富学生参与渠道;挖掘课外活动价值,优化参与的内容;开展多维度满意度调查,重视学生参与体验。

“Student-Oriented” is an administrative philosophy which is widely applied in secondary vocational school student management. Militarization management, self-management and enterprise-style management are three typical management modes which are implemented in secondary vocational school currently. The theory of student involvement emphasizes active participation of the student in learning process. It encourages educators to focus on how the student is motivated and how much time and energy the students devote to the learning process. It views participation in extracurricular activities as an important part of involvement. Most importantly, it attaches great importance to designing an effective learning environment. Undoubtedly, students are in the dominate position though there are multiple benefits in the integration of vocational education with industry. Thus, this article seeks solutions from the theory which include making effective career-building projects, organizing school-enterprise cooperation projects, providing a variety of extracurricular activities and carrying out students’ satisfaction survey.
