对全科医学专硕研究生培养模式及学科发展的探讨

Discussion on the Training Model and Discipline Development of Postgraduates of General Medicine

在全国大力推行全科医学的背景下,全科医学已经成为基层医疗乃至三甲医院必不可少的组成部分,全科医学在我国有着越来越重要的作用,而它的培养模式还不成熟,学科的总体地位还不够高,如何借鉴全科医学在国外发展的经验,扬长避短,发展出一条具有中国特色的全科医学道路呢?除了国家的政策支持,财政支持外,每一位公民心中都应该打破对全科医学的固有印象,全科医学也与其他二级学科一样具有可研究性,也对医疗卫生事业的发展做出了应有的贡献。本文拟从全科医学专业型硕士研究生的角度出发,谈谈学习中的体会、导师培养模式和可能存在的问题,结合我国现有全科医学模式及国内外先进经验及不足之处,谈谈对于全科医学未来发展的展望和建议。

Under the background of vigorously promoting general practice across the country, general practice has become an indispensable part of primary care and even tertiary hospitals. General practice is playing an increasingly important role in our country, but its training model is not yet mature. The overall status of the discipline is not high enough. How can we learn from the experience of general practice in foreign countries, exploit strengths and avoid weaknesses, and develop a path of general practice with Chinese characteristics? In addition to national policy support and financial support, every citizen should break the inherent impression of general medicine in his heart. General medicine is also researchable like other secondary disciplines. General medicine also makes contributes to the development of medical and health services. This article intends to start from the perspective of a master’s degree student in general practice, talk about the learning experience, tutor training model and possible problems, combined with our country’s existing general practice model and advanced and shortcomings at home and abroad, talk about prospects and suggestions for the future development of general medicine.
