后疫情背景下班级建设与管理的思考——以成都中医药大学生物科学专业为例

Reflections on Class Construction and Management in the Post-Epidemic Era—A Case Study of Biological Science Major in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,中国的各项生物技术在临床救治、疫苗的研发、药物和检测等方面取得重大进展和突破,各方面也开始进一步重视生物医学产业的战略价值,但还存在着人才匮乏、自主知识产权过少、产业化能力低等方面的问题。后疫情背景下,育人方式、办学模式、管理机制以及学生自身时代特点都对班级建设产生了新的影响,培根铸魂,启智润心,班级建设亟待思考。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, China’s biotechnology industry has made significant progress and breakthroughs in clinical treatment, vaccine research and development, drugs and testing, and has begun to pay more attention to the strategic value of the biotechnology industry. However, there are still some problems such as lack of talents, less independent intellectual property rights and low industrialization ability. Under the background of post-epidemic situation, education mode, school-running mode, management mechanism and students’ own characteristics of The Times have all exerted new influences on class construction, it can cast the soul, enlighten the heart, which calls for some new thoughts on class construction.
