摘要
远程学习中心学习服务是指导学生完成我国开放教育各项环节的重要支撑。《远程教育服务规范》国家标准的出台为规范和提升服务质量提供了科学的依据,从学习中心实际情况和主要功能出发构建精准适用的服务评价体系是贯彻落实国家标准和强化学习中心管理的必要措施。结合四川开放大学办学体系情况和问卷调查构建了2个一级指标、4个二级指标、14个三级评价指标和30个四级评价指标的学习中心远程教育服务评价体系,为相关开放教育省级分部、地市学院加强学习中心管理提供参考依据。
Distance education service of learning center is an important support to guide students to complete the learning task. The introduction of the national standard of distance education service specification provides a scientific basis for standardizing and improving the service quality. Building an ap-plicable service evaluation system based on the actual situation and main functions of the distant learning center is a necessary measure to implement national standards and strengthen the management of it. Combined with the questionnaire survey from the Open University of Sichuan, this paper constructs a distance education service evaluation system of learning center including 2 targets in grade 1, 6 targets in grade 2, 14 targets in grade 3 and 30 targets in grade 4. It provides a reference basis for relevant open education colleges to strengthen the management of distant learning center.
