“双减”背景下,学校要科学应变,主动求变。调整以往教育教学管理思路,从教学质量管理、教学过程管理、教学资源管理、教学监督管理、教师业务管理、学校课程管理等六个方面合力推进,以“立德树人”为根本任务,努力实现教育的减量、提质、增效,为学生的健康成长奠基。
Under the background of “double reduction”, schools should respond scientifically and take the initiative to change. We adjust the previous ideas of education and teaching management. From teaching quality management, teaching process management, teaching resources management, teaching supervision and management, teacher business management, school curriculum management and so on six aspects, we push forward the reform. With the essential purpose of morality education, we strive to reduce the burden of learning, improve teaching quality and efficiency and lay the foundation for the healthy growth of students.
