基于挫折教育的幼儿园隐性课程问题与策略探讨

摘要 新形势的变化使儿童面临的困难和挫折只增不减,正确认识挫折,是幼儿园挫折教育必须面对和思考的重要问题。当前挫折教育隐性课程存在一些问题,如课程构成中忽视正规课程中的隐性课程价值,师生互动中教师的榜样支持效果不佳,家庭教育中挫折教育方式多带有极端化倾向等。为此,应明晰基于挫折教育的隐性课程目标指向,培养儿童的积极心理品质;优化基于挫折教育的隐性课程操作流程,改进课程结构与实施艺术;发挥基于挫折教育的隐性课程主体功能,大力促进儿童全面而有个性的发展。 The change of the new situation makes the difficulties and setbacks faced by children only increase, and the correct understanding of setbacks is an important problem that kindergarten setback education must face and think about. At present, there are some problems in the hidden curriculum of frustration education, such as the neglect of the hidden curriculum value in the regular curriculum, the poor effect of teachers’ model support in teacher-student interaction, and the extreme tendency of frustration education in family education. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear the hidden curriculum goal orientation based on frustration education and cultivate children’s positive psychological quality;Optimize the hidden curriculum operation process and improve the curriculum structure and implementation art;Give full play to the main function of hidden curriculum based on frustration education, and vigorously promote the comprehensive and individual development of children.
