以名师工作坊引领能源动力类专业科教融合思政协同育人改革探索

Leading by the Famous Teachers Workshop with Integration of Science, Education, Ideological and Political Collaborative Education Reform and Exploration for Energy and Power Majors

名师工作坊将名师、同一学科领域优秀教师组成一个共同体,在促进师生交流、教师专业成长,提升教学、科研、创新创业质量方面,能够发挥引领、示范和辐射作用。本文对以名师工作坊引领能源动力类专业科教融合思政协同育人改革进行了探索,阐述了其内涵与目标,提出了教学体系建设方案和具体实施措施,为高校专业育人改革提供借鉴。

The famous teacher workshop is formed by a community of famous teachers and outstanding teachers in the same subject area. It can play a leading, demonstration and radiation role in promoting teacher-student exchanges, teachers’ professional growth, and improving the quality of teaching, scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper explores the leading by the famous teachers workshop with integration of science, education, ideological and political collaborative education reform for energy and power majors. Its connotation and goals are expounded. The construction plan and specific implementation measures for the teaching system are put forward. It provides reference for the reform of professional education in colleges and universities.
