摘要
新兴青年群体就业调研对于指导新兴职业就业有着重要意义。课题组在苏州、无锡、常州范围内就物流快递员、网约送餐员、网约车司机三类人员对过去工作经历及现就职情况满意度等感受开展线上调研,调研指出部分调查对象就业质量现状不理想,建议进一步提高工作条件和薪酬福利,改善组织和制度保障。
The research on the employment of emerging youth groups is greatly significant to guide the employment of new occupations. The research group conducted an online survey in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou on the feelings of logistics couriers, online food delivery service providers and online ride-hailing drivers for their past work experience and current job satisfaction. The survey pointed out that some of those surveyed fail to have ideal employment quality and suggested that the working conditions, salary and welfare should be improved and organizational and institutional guarantee should be made perfected.
