骨科重点学科住院医师规范化培训的几点思考

Thoughts on Standardized Training of Residents in Key Disciplines of Orthopedics

骨科住院医师规范化培训是成为一名合格骨科医师的必经之路,培训内容包括学员教育、师资建设、制度指定、政策实施、人文素质培养等多个方面。随着国家住院医师规范化培训制度的不断深入推进,对住培中的三个主体,即:培训基地、规培学员及带教老师,也提出了新的目标及要求。本文就上海住院医师规范化培训中,以骨科为国家重点学科所在上海市第六人民医院的外科培训基地为切入点,对骨科专业住培存在的问题与现状进行总结与思考,同时针对本院骨科专业培训模式、教学模式、师资建设等进行总结反思,拟进一步提高日后培训质量,全面优化骨科专业培训工作。

The standardized training of orthopedic residents is the only way to become a qualified orthopedic surgeon. The training contents include student education, teacher construction, system designation, policy implementation, humanistic quality training and so on. With the deepening of the standardized training system for resident doctors, new goals and requirements have been put forward for the three main parts of resident training, including training base, training students and teachers. This article summarizes the existing problems and the current situation of inresidence training of orthopedics specialty in Shanghai residents standardized training with consideration of surgical training base of orthopedics department (National Key Disciplines) in Shanghai No.6th People’s Hospital and, simultaneously, the authors summarize the training mode, teaching mode and the construction of teachers, so as to improve the training quality and optimize the training work.
