摘要
根据疫情防控实际需要,众多高校推迟开学日期,停办每年例行举办的校园招聘活动,整个就业市场受到了严重影响。本研究通过对宁波工程学院2021届毕业生在各种改善疫情就业问题的机制和政策下的就业意向进行调研,总结分析毕业生就业意向存在不明确、盲目跟随、专业对口要求高、偏慢就业四大现象。从政府、企业、高校和毕业生四个角度,为提高社会就业率,提高整体就业质量,提高高校毕业生就业能力和就业素质提出针对性建议。
According to the actual needs of epidemic prevention and control, many colleges and universities postponed the opening date of the school and closed the annual campus recruitment activities. The whole employment market was seriously affected. Through the investigation of the employment intention of the 2021 graduates of Ningbo University of Technology under various mechanisms and policies to improve the employment problem, summarize and analyze the four major phenomena of graduates’ employment intention: unclear, blindly following, high professional counterpart requirements, and partial slow employment. From the four perspectives of government, enterprises, universities and graduates, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the social employment rate, improve the overall employment quality, and improve the employability and employment quality of college graduates.
