摘要
全英文教学是我国高等院校国际化的重要举措。在“双一流”建设的背景下,为加速数学教学与国际接轨的步伐,培养出高素质、高质量的优秀人才,西安电子科技大学数学与统计学院积极探索专业课程的全英文教学模式。本文首先回顾了我院英才班开展概率论及其延伸课程的全英文教学的背景,结合概率论全英文课程的教学特点,重点阐述了课程在课堂教学设计和教学模式中的教学改革探索,最后对提高全英文教学的效果提出了改进思路。
The construction of English-taught courses is an important measure for the internationalization of Chinese universities. Under the background of “Double First-Class” construction, in order to accelerate the pace of mathematics teaching in line with the international standards and cultivate high-quality and excellent talents, School of Mathematics and Statistics of Xidian University actively explores the English-taught mode of professional courses. This paper first reviews the background of English-taught of probability theory and its extension course in the elite class of our college, then focuses on the teaching reform exploration about teaching design and mode by combining the teaching characteristics of probability theory taught in English, and finally puts forward some ideas for improving the effect of English-taught.
