摘要
双导师制是我国全日制应用型研究生培养过程中一种新的培养方式,它将课程与实践相结合。研究生在校内外导师的合作共育下提升自身专业水平。本文通过协同理论分析了当前该模式下导师合作中出现的四个问题;双导师之间沟通机制缺位,激励体系不健全,缺少相应培训以及评价体制。本文结合四川轻化工大学的实际探索,提出改进双导师制的对策和建议。
Double mentor system is a new way of fulltime graduate training in China, which combines the supervision of both courses teaching and practices guidance. The graduate students improve their professionalism in the collaboration of both tutors in and outside the school. This paper analyzes the four problems in the current mode in the cooperation of the program: the absence of communication mechanism between the two tutors, the incomplete incentive system, the lack of corresponding training and evaluation system. This paper attempts to offer a recommendation from the perspective of collaborative theory by analyzing the mode practiced in Sichuan University of Science &Engineering.
