From Internationalization to Localization: A Study on the Development Course of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

摘要 为满足高等教育国际化的需求,中外合作办学在不同时期发挥不同的作用。基于已有文献与资料梳理,分析中外合作办学的发展历程,以了解中外合作办学中的不足之处,并预测其未来发展趋势。研究结果表明:中外合作办学经历了萌芽期、探索期、发轫期、规范期、特色发展期五个动态发展的阶段,但在其发展过程中仍存在中外合作办学能力不均衡发展、合作对象单一化等问题亟需解决。 To meet the needs of higher education internationalization, Sino-foreign cooperative education play a different role in different periods based on the existing literature and data, analysis of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, to understand the deficiency of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and predict the future development trend. The results show that the Sino-foreign cooperative education has experienced the embryonic period, exploratory period, rapid development period, normative period, characteristic development period. There are five dynamic development stages in the characteristic development stage, but there are still problems to be solved in the process of development, such as the unbalanced capacity of Sino-foreign cooperative education and the singleness of the object of cooperation.
