跨领域训练迁移之成效研究——以反毒讲师培训班为例

摘要 近年来跨领域研究及科际整合已经崛起,本研究为探讨医师专业训练模式,跨领域应用于台湾无毒世界协会反毒讲师(以下简称反毒讲师)培训班,所培训共890位反毒讲师之反应。本研究主要结果有:(一)反毒讲师培训对训练迁移属中上程度,以「学习认同」最佳,以「结果认同」最低。(二) 男性、地产中介业、服务次数愈高的反毒讲师,对训练迁移的知觉较高。(三) 医师养成之训练模式可跨领域用于反毒倡导讲师之训练。 With the recent rise in cross-disciplinary studies and interdisciplinary approaches, this study looks into applying professional medical training model to Taiwan Drug-Free World Association lecturer training program. The research subjects are 890 lecturers in the anti-drug training program. Main results of this study are: 1) Anti-drug lecturer training shows upper-middle level in transfer of training, with “learning recognition” best and “result recognition” lowest. 2) Anti-drug lecturers in categories of male, real estate agents and higher participation levels in anti-drug activities result in a higher awareness of training transfer. 3) Professional medical training model can be applied to the training of anti-drug lecturers in an interdisciplinary approach.
