全科医学毕业生就职现状调查与对策研究——以右江民族医学院为例

摘要 目的:了解右江民族医学院全科医学毕业生就职现状,研究该校现阶段全科医学生毕业后的就职所在地、岗位满意度等,从中发现全科医学毕业生就业过程所存在的问题,探讨问题产生的原因,为制定更好的基层医疗服务政策提供参考依据。方法:选取右江民族医学院的全科医学专业毕业生为研究对象,利用线上调查问卷进行自填式调查。结果:共有112名全科医学专业毕业生参与了本次调查。本次调查样本中有67.86%在“乡镇医院”任职,21.43%为市级医院任职,仅3.57%进入县级医院。进一步分析本次调查答卷中全科毕业生对工作环境满意度的调查显示:对自身工作环境满意有44人,占比39.29%;对自身工作环境不满意有68人,占比60.71%。工资低、医疗环境差以及难以晋升仍是主要原因。结论:右江民族医学院全科医学专业毕业生大部分就职于乡镇基层医院,但对工作环境“不满意”的比例高于“满意”提示对全科医学专业学生的毕业后去向的政策规划还有待改进、全科医学生就业主要所在地的环境有待提高。 Objective: To understand the current situation of general medicine graduates of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, to study the current employment location and job satisfaction of general medicine students in the school after graduation, to find out the problems existing in the employment process of general medicine graduates, to explore the causes of problems, and to provide a reference basis for formulating better primary medical service policies. Methods: The general medicine graduates of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities were selected as the research objects, and the online questionnaire was used to conduct self-filled surveys. Results: A total of 112 general medicine graduates participated in the survey. Of the survey sample, 67.86% worked in “township hospitals”, 21.43% in municipal hospitals, and only 3.57% in county-level hospitals. Further analysis of the survey of the satisfaction of the graduates of the general department on the working environment in the survey questionnaire shows that there are 44 people who are satisfied with their working environment, accounting for 39.29%;68 people, accounting for 60.71% who are dissatisfied with their working environment. Low wages, poor medical conditions and difficulties in promotion remain the main reasons. Conclusion: Most of the graduates of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities major in general medicine work in township grass-roots hospitals, but the proportion of “dissatisfaction” with the working environment is higher than that of “satisfaction”, indicating that the policy planning for the graduation destination of general medicine students needs to be improved, and the environment where the employment of general medicine students is mainly located needs to be improved.
