摘要
教学理解艺术是教师艺术性地设置适当教学活动来深入理解学生的认知、行为和情感,以使教学更加贴切学生的活动。教学理解艺术是理解教育理论的应用,是学生中心理论的体现,是关怀教育理论的彰显。教学理解艺术能够营造学生的健康心理,实现师生间的双向共赢,推动课堂教学的创生。教师可以通过“创设师生互动,理解已有认知”“创设活动任务,理解行为意义”“创设情境氛围,理解情感需求”等方法涵养教学理解艺术。
The so-called teaching understanding art refers to the teacher’s artistic setting of appropriate teaching activities or links to deeply understand students’ cognition, behavior and emotion, so as to make teaching more appropriate to students’ activities. The art of teaching understanding is the application of understanding education theory, the embodiment of student-centered theory and the manifestation of caring education theory. Implementing the art of teaching understanding can create students’ healthy psychology, achieve a two-way win-win situation between teachers and students, and promote the continuous creation of classroom teaching. Teachers can cultivate the art of teaching and understanding by “creating teacher-student interaction to understand the existing cognition”, “creating activity tasks to understand the meaning of behavior”, “creating situational atmosphere to understand the emotional needs” and other methods.
