摘要
教师情绪是教师专业发展研究的重要议题。本研究基于情绪认知理论抽离出影响情绪生成的“认知”“环境”两大指标,并结合教师现实交往系统,分析了影响教师情绪生成的“自我认知”、“事件认知”;“师生心距”、“同伴交往”、“家校生态”和“权威互动”六大因素。继而,提出“合理认知、善用期待”的内在情绪调节之策以及“构筑环境、搭建平台”的外部情绪调控之法。
Teachers’ emotion is an important topic of teacher professional development research. According to the theory of emotional cognition, environment and cognition are the two elements that affect the generation of emotion. Combined with emotional cognition theory and the teacher’s realistic communication system, this paper finds the six factors, “self cognition” and “event cognition”;“distance between teachers and students”, “peer communication”, “home school ecology” and “authority interaction”, affect the generation of teachers’ emotions. Then, put forward the internal emotion regulation method of “rationalizing cognition and making good use of expectation” and the external emotion regulation method of “building environment and building platform”.
