川北医学院在校医学生医德认知现状调查及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:调查了解川北医学院在校医学生医德现状及其影响因素,为提升医学生医德素养提供建议和参考。方法:采用自制式问卷对川北医学院在校医学生进行方便抽样,共计对789名学生进行一对一的进行医德现状调查研究。结果:本次研究共计纳入研究对象789名,其中男性336名(42.60%),女性453名(57.40%);民族以汉族为主746名(94.50%),少数民族43名(5.40%);户籍地为城市有327名(41.50%),农村为462名(58.50%);789名在校医学生医德现状中调查对象学医的主要目的以当一名医者,治病救人,解除病痛为主286名(36.25%);研究对象有498名(63.12%)主要认为精湛医术和高尚医德兼具才称得上是优秀的医务工作者;研究对象中有513名(65.02%)认为医德医生的实际制约作用非常大;有348名(44.11%)认为当前医患关系不甚理想的原因主要是患者不懂医学专业知识,不理解医疗行为,期望值过高造成的;研究对象认为通过临床伦理专题讲座加强医德教育,成效较好126名(15.97%),好226名(28.64%);研究对象认为学校的医德教育师资力量较好146名(18.50%),好189名(23.95%);研究对象认为社会环境因素对医德教育的影响较好202名(25.60%),好189名(23.95%);研究对象认为教学医院的医务人员的医德医风状况较好286名(36.25%),好116名(14.70%);研究对象觉得目前我校对医德教育的重视程度较好236名(29.91%),好166名(21.04%)。结论:川北医学院在校医学生医德认知现状及其水平处于一般水平,该校可以采取不同健康教育模式加强该校学生医德培养,加大医学名人事迹的宣讲和相关活动,有助于促进学生的医德建设。 Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of medical ethics among medical students in North Sichuan Medical College, and to provide suggestions and references for improving the medical ethics of medical students. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a convenient sampling of medical students in North Sichuan Medical College, and a total of 789 students were investigated and researched on the status quo of medical ethics. Results: A total of 789 subjects were included in this study, including 336 (42.60%) males and 453 (57.40%) females;746 (94.50%) were mainly Han nationality, and 43 (5.40%) were ethnic minorities. There are 327 (41.50%) in urban areas and 462 (58.50%) in rural areas;286 of the 789 medical students studied in the current situation of medical ethics who studied medicine were the main purpose of becoming a doctor, treating diseases and saving people, and relieving pain (286, 36.25%);498 (63.12%) of the research subjects believed that only those who possess both superb medical skills and noble medical ethics could be regarded as excellent medical workers;513 (65.02%) of the research subjects believed that the actual restrictive effect of doctors of medical ethics very large;348 (44.11%) believed that the current doctor-patient relationship was not ideal because the patients did not understand medical expertise, medical behaviors, and high expectations;the research subjects believed that medical ethics should be strengthened through special lectures on clinical ethics education, 126 (15.97%) and 226 (28.64%) had good results;146 (18.50%) and 189 (23.95%) of the research subjects believed that the school’s medical ethics education teachers were good;202 (25.60%) and 189 (23.95%) had a good influence on medical ethics education by environmental factors;Research subjects believe that 286 (36.25%) and 116 (14.70%) of the medical staff in the hospital have good medical ethics and medical style. 236 (29.91%) and 166 (21.04%) of the research subjects felt that our school attached great importance to medical ethics education. Conclusion: The current situation and level of medical ethics cognition of medical students in northern Si-chuan Medical College are at the general level. The school can adopt different health education modes to strengthen the cultivation of medical ethics of its students and increase the publicity and related activities of medical celebrities’ deeds, which will help promote the construction of medical ethics of students.
