团队参与式交叉学习法在《系统解剖学》实验教学中的探索与应用——以右江民族医学院为例

摘要 《系统解剖学》是一门医学基础必修课程,具有专业名词多、形态结构描述多和记忆知识点多的特点。针对解剖学知识枯燥难记的现状,结合“两性一度”金课标准要求,围绕“以学生为中心,教师为主导”教学理念,在《系统解剖学》实验教学中教师与研究生一同采用团队参与式交叉学习法进行实践研究,从课前、课中和课后三个环节进行综合精心设计,锻炼学生主动、视、听、说、胆、做、合作等能力,能有效地调动学生积极参与度、提升学生的综合素质和各方面能力。同时教师在传帮带以及研究生跟班教学过程中,该方法能增加研究生的观摩、学习的机会,能强化角色认同感,可以帮助研究生快速进入、转换角色,提升研究生带教质量,为研究生顺利开展教学实践打下坚实的基础。 Systematic Anatomy is a basic compulsory course for students of medical related majors, which has the characteristics of many professional terms, more descriptions of morphological structures and more memory knowledge points. In view of the current situation of boring and difficult to remember anatomy knowledge, combined with the requirements of the golden course standard of “innovation, high-order, and challenge”, around the teaching concept of “student-centered, teacherled”, in the experimental teaching of Systematic Anatomy, teachers and graduate students jointly use the teamparticipatory cross-learning method for practical research, and carry out comprehensive and careful design from the three links before, during and after class, exercising students’ ability to take the initiative, see, listen, speak, dare, do, cooperate and so on, which can effectively mobilize students’ active participation and enhance students’ comprehensive quality and ability in all aspects. At the same time, in the process of teaching with graduate students, this method can increase the opportunities for graduate students to observe and learn, strengthen the sense of role identity, help graduate students quickly enter and change roles, improve the quality of graduate students’ teaching, and lay a solid foundation for graduate students to successfully carry out teaching practice.
