校地合作,职业教育助力区域乡村振兴路径研究——以四川三河职业学院为例

摘要 乡村振兴战略是当前中国特色乡村的重要举措,为当前职业教育的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。职业教育作为类型教育,从诞生以来就秉承着“以就业为导向,以能力为本位”的思想,既肩负职前训练,又肩负职业培训,因此职业教育对助力区域乡村振兴有着不可推卸的责任。乡村振兴对于知识型、技能型、服务型的人才需求越来越旺盛,为当前职业教育的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。本研究从现有职业教育与乡村振兴难以紧密结合的问题出发,聚焦校地合作模式下的职业教育协同创新,通过分析总结四川•荔城乡村振兴学院的实践路径与成效,总结出齐力探索乡村振兴服务队伍建设,提升职业教育有效供给,建强区域乡村振兴本土人才精准培养新模式的具体经验,并提出相关政策建议,以供借鉴参考。 The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure for the current rural areas with Chinese characteristics, which provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of current vocational education. Vocational education, as a type of education, has been adhering to the idea of “employment oriented and ability based” since its birth. It shoulders both pre service training and vocational training. Therefore, vocational education has an unshirkable responsibility to help the revitalization of regional villages. Rural Revitalization requires more and more knowledge-based, skilled and service-oriented talents, which provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of current vocational education. Starting from the problem that it is difficult to closely combine the existing vocational education and rural revitalization, this study focuses on the collaborative innovation of Vocational Education under the school local cooperation mode, analyzes and summarizes the practice path and effectiveness of Sichuan Licheng Rural Revitalization college, and summarizes the specific experience of jointly exploring the construction of Rural Revitalization service team, improving the effective supply of vocational education, and strengthening the new mode of precise training of local talents for Regional Rural Revitalization, and put forward relevant policy recommendations for reference.
