摘要 大学新生的可塑性较强,知识的积累、不同网络文化的影响让大学生逐渐形成独立的品格,追求个性发展。班级的管理工作对大学新生的身心健康、习惯养成和品德塑造具有十分重要的价值,与知识的传授相辅相成,对医学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的形成产生重要的影响。本文探讨了马斯洛需求层次理论在右江民族医学院2021级临床本科2班班级管理中的“五好”品质培养的应用,浅析了马斯洛需求层次理论在班级管理中与思政教育相结合的实施途径,旨在为医学生思政教育融入班级管理促进立德树人根本任务的落实提供参考。 College freshmen have strong plasticity, with the accumulation of knowledge and the influence of different network cultures, college students gradually form independent characters and pursue personality development. Class management is of great value to college freshmen’s physical and mental health, habit formation and moral shaping. It complements the imparting of knowledge and has an important impact on the formation of medical students’ world outlook, outlook on life, and values. This paper discusses the application of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory in the “five good” quality training in the class management of the 2021 clinical undergraduate class of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, and analyzes the implementation path of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory combined with ideological and political education in class management, in order to provide a reference for medical students’ ideological and political education to integrate into class management to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation.
