乡村振兴战略背景下高等院校涉农人才培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of Agriculture-Related Talents in Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

《中共中央国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》强调,实施乡村振兴战略必须破解人才瓶颈制约。人才是骨干力量,乡村振兴需要培养造就并引入一批契合市场需求的涉农人才。本文从全面推进乡村振兴的涉农人才需求入手,以地处西南山区,作为地方特色高校,在涉农学科方面具有一定办学历史和优势的湖北民族大学为例,通过学生问卷调查的方式,总结和分析了目前高等院校涉农人才培养的困境,旨在研究湖北民族大学如何根据国家宏观战略和当前市场需求,结合恩施地区的民情和学生的学情,不断调整优化人才培养路径,培养更多具有科学文化素质、现代农业生产技能和三农情怀的涉农人才,为当地乡村振兴做出更大贡献。

It has been emphasized in the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy must break through the talent bottleneck. Talents, the backbone, especially agriculture-related talents that meet the needs of the market should be cultivated and introduced during the rural revitalization. Hubei Minzu University for Nationalities is located in the southwest mountainous area with local characteristics and has a long history and advantages in agriculture-related disciplines. Starting with the demand for agriculture-related talents to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization and making a case study of Hubei Minzu Uni-versity for Nationalities, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current difficulties in the cultivation of agriculture-related talents in colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey of students. It aims at studying how Hubei Minzu University for Nationalities combines with the local conditions and students’ learning conditions, constantly adjusts and optimizes the cultivation path of talents according to the national macro strategy and market demand, and then cultivates more talents with scientific and cultural quality, modern agricultural production skills and feelings of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and finally makes greater contributions to the local rural revitalization.
