手术同质化理念及整合诊疗思维在耳鼻喉科专科医师带教中的运用与思考

摘要 耳鼻咽喉科是一门专业性极强且与众多学科存在交叉的临床学科,随着诊疗设备的迭代更新,诊疗范围及深度在不断拓展,对专科医师的综合素质储备提出了巨大的挑战,为了从容应对挑战和社会人民健康的需求,在专科医师的培养上必须要发掘新思路、新方法。同时,为顺应学科的发展和人才培养的需求,我们不断加强耳鼻咽喉专科医师的理论和实践综合素质的培养,将手术同质化理念、整合诊疗思维及外科临床药师参与合理用药引入临床带教中,使专科医师专业综合素质培养更加规范化、高效化,合理化。 Otolaryngology is a highly professional clinical discipline that intersects with many disciplines, with the iterative update of diagnosis and treatment equipment, the scope and depth of diagnosis and treatment are constantly expanding, which poses a great challenge to the comprehensive quality reserve of specialists. In order to cope with the challenges and the needs of social people’s health, it is necessary to explore new ideas and methods in the training of specialists. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the development of disciplines and personnel training, we pay attention to the promotion of specialized specialties, and at the same time, we continuously strengthen the training of comprehensive quality of theory and practice of otorhinolaryngology specialists. We introduce the concept of surgical homogeneity, integrated diagnosis and treatment thinking and the participation of surgical clinical pharmacists in rational drug use into clinical teaching, so as to make the training of professional comprehensive quality of specialist doctors more standardized, efficient and reasonable.
