劳动主题绘本的现状与优化策略研究

摘要 劳动教育对儿童劳动价值观的形成和劳动素养的养成至关重要,儿童劳动主题绘本图文并茂地展现劳动的情境、过程和结果,为开展儿童劳动教育提供了丰富且重要的资源。目前,国内对于儿童劳动主题绘本的关注较少。本研究基于劳动教育的视角选取儿童劳动主题绘本进行内容分析,结果显示目前劳动观念主题绘本中体现劳动史及时代特征的绘本较少;劳动能力主题绘本中缺少集体服务意识和过程性要素;劳动方法主题绘本的形式和教育途径较局限,依附性强。为挖掘绘本的时代意义、教育价值,本研究认为劳动主题绘本应挖掘时代特点和民族特色,增加集体服务理念与操作性,并探索家园社合作的新型教学方式。 Labor education is very important for the formation of children’s labor values and the cultivation of labor literacy. Children’s labor-themed picture books unfold the situation, process and results of labor, which provide rich and important resources for children’s labor education. At present, children’s labor theme picture books receive poor attention. Based on the perspective of labor education, this study selects children’s labor-themed picture books for content analysis. The results show that there are few labor-themed picture books reflecting the history of labor and the characteristics of the times. There is a lack of collective service consciousness and process elements in the picture book of labor ability;the form and educational approach of the picture book of labor method are limited and highly dependent. In order to explore the epochal significance and educational value of picture books, this study suggests that the picture books of labor theme should explore the characteristics of the times and the national characteristics, increase the concept of collective service and operability, and explore new teaching methods of cooperation among home, kindergarten and community.
