摘要 基于在线课程以集成强大的画面和声像功能的视频为主要形式的特点,通过著名的Visual,Aural,Read/Write,Kinesthetic questionnaire感官学习风格量表,基于“是否包含”原则,详尽分析是否拥有视觉、听觉、阅读写作、运动实践等感官的海军官兵对军事职业教育在线课程满意度的差异,并据此提出合理调整在线课程资源形式,充分发挥教学形式可以再现分析、教学过程在线交流互动、学习效果能够及时评价的优势,加强视频资源的利用等教学对策。 Based on the characteristics of online courses with videos containing powerful picture and audio-visual functions as the main form, through the famous Visual, Aural, Read/Write, Kinesthetic questionnaire, regulated upon the principle of containing a style or not, the differences in the online courses satisfaction of naval officers and soldiers with and without Visual, Aural, Read/Write, Kinesthetic sensory in military continuing education were analyzed in detail. Further some teaching countermeasures were put forward, such as reasonably adjusting the form of online course resources, giving full play to the advantages of teaching forms that can reproduce analysis, online communication and interaction of teaching process, timely evaluation of learning effect, and strengthening the utilization of video resources.
