新商科视阈下的“经济学+”交叉融合卓越人才培养新模式探索与实践

摘要 新管理、新技术、新金融、新零售的出现,对商科人才培养体系和大学生的理论知识和能力提出挑战。为适应数字经济时代新商科人才需求的变化,拟从培养目标、课程体系、教学组织三个方面构建“经济学+”交叉融合卓越人才培养模式,并进一步地从调整学科专业设置、打造“双导师”团队和构建跨域、跨境交互方式三维度对人才培养模式进行探索,以期适应我国社会经济发展对高质量经济学专业人才的迫切需求,高质量培养出符合时代发展需要、满足行业需求的复合型商科人才。 The emergence of new management, new technology, new finance and new retail has challenged the business talent training system and the theoretical knowledge and ability of college students. In order to adapt to the changes in the demand of new business talents in the digital economy era, it is proposed to build an excellent talent training mode of “economics+” interdisciplinary integration from three aspects of training objectives, curriculum system and teaching organization, and further explore the talent training mode from three dimensions of adjusting the discipline setting, creating a “double tutor” team and building a mode of cross domain and cross-border interaction with a view to cultivating high-quality composite business talents that meet the needs of the times and industry.
