“三全育人”视域下高校精准资助育人创新探讨

Discussion on the Innovation of Precise Financial Aid Education in Universities under the Perspective of “Three-Wide Education”

在“三全育人”视野下高校精准资助工作,必须要具备人性化和针对性的特征,同时要将实现学生的实际需求和优化学生生活作为导向,不断解决当前机制不完善、队伍专业性差、监督体系缺乏等问题。明确精准资助的目标,注重对学生展开学情调查,分析当前已经出现的问题,在互联网的基础上,打造精准资助育人体系,将资金扶助与思想扶助相结合,构建长期有效的脱贫体系。基于此,本文对“三全育人”视野下高校精准资助育人价值的体现进行简要分析,并探讨高校精准资助“三全育人”视域内育人的创新策略。

The work of precise financial aid in colleges and universities under the vision of “three-wide education” must have the characteristics of humanization and targeting while taking the realization of students’ actual needs and optimization of students’ lives as the guide, and constantly solving the current problems of imperfect mechanism, poor professionalism of the team and lack of supervision system. We should clarify the goal of precise financial assistance, focus on launching academic surveys on students, analyze the current problems that have emerged, create a precise financial assistance and education system on the basis of the Internet, combine financial assistance with ideological assistance, and build a long-term effective system for poverty eradication. Based on this, this paper briefly analyzes the embodiment of the value of precise financial aid nurturing in universities under the vision of “three-wide education”, and discusses the innovative strategies of nurturing in the vision of “three-wide education” of precise financial aid in universities.
