本科专业核心课的教–学–研深度融合的探索与实践

摘要 教研融合、教研共进是研究型高校高质量发展的关键所在。如何合理有效地将科学研究融入到本科教育过程中,培养出创新型人才,是当前综合性大学的中心任务之一。本文以地球物理学专业的本科生课程《重力学》为例,探讨了教师如何在本科教学过程中将教学和科学研究有机融合。核心思路为通过科研与教学相互促进的方式,带动本科生培养质量的提升,鼓励学生表现特长、发展潜质,培育学生的创新思维和创新能力,达到“拓宽视野、增强能力、促进创新、培育卓越”的教育目标。通过《重力学》课程教–学–研深度融合的探索与实施表明,教学和科学研究有机融合可以显著提高课堂教学效果,激发学生学习积极性与研究兴趣,培养本科生的科学思维能力和实践创新能力。教师也能在一定程度上平衡教学和科研任务,达到教学和科研相互促进、共同发展的目的,为研究型大学培养创新型人才和建设国际一流学科和大学打下坚实的基础。 The integration of teaching and research and the joint progress of teaching and research are the key to the high-quality development of research universities. One of the central tasks of the current comprehensive university is how to reasonably integrate scientific research into the undergraduate education process to cultivate the innovative talents of undergraduates. Taking the undergraduate course “Gravity” of geophysics as an example, this paper discusses how teachers integrate teaching and scientific research in the undergraduate teaching process. The core idea is to drive the improvement of undergraduate training quality through mutual promotion of scientific research and teaching, encourage students to show their strengths and development potential, cultivate students’ innovative thinking and innovation ability, and achieve the educational goal of “broadening vision, enhancing ability, promoting innovation, and cultivating excellence”. Through the implementation of the deep integration of teaching, learning, and research in the course “Gravity”, it is shown that the organic integration of education and scientific research can significantly improve teaching quality, stimulate enthusiasm and interest of the undergraduates for learning and research, and cultivate their scientific thinking and practical innovation abilities. Teachers can also balance teaching and research tasks to a certain extent, achieve the goal of mutual promotion and common development of teaching and research, which can lay a solid foundation for research universities to cultivate innovative talents and build world-class disciplines and universities.
