基于STEAM教育对跨学科背景下工程人才培养的启示探究 被引量:1

摘要 跨学科教育是我国工程教育改革发展的新阶段,其发展对我国工科人才提出了新的诉求。然而当前我国工程教育仍存在部分弊端,跨学科人才培养改革亟不可待。STEAM教育作为真实情境下的跨学科教育,其特征为跨学科、创新性、实践性、人文性。通过探讨STEAM教育的发展脉络、教育框架和麻省理工实际案例,为我国开展跨学科人才培养提供切实建议。最终为我国跨学科背景下工程人才培养提出重塑人才培养目标,着重跨学科能力培养、引入项目式教学方法,结合教育技术,提升学生创新思维能力、建设校企合作平台,强化实践能力及人文精神培育、拓宽工程人才的国际化视野,加快工程教育国际化的建议。 Interdisciplinary education is a new stage in the reform and development of China’s engineering education, and its development has put forward new demands on China’s engineering talents. However, there are still some shortcomings in China’s engineering education, and the reform of interdisciplinary talent cultivation is urgently needed. STEAM education, as interdisciplinary education in real-life situations, is characterised by interdisciplinarity, innovation, practicability and humanism. By exploring the development of STEAM education, its educational framework and MIT’s actual cases, we provide practical suggestions for the development of interdisciplinary talents in China. Ultimately, it proposes recommendations for the cultivation of engineering talents in the interdisciplinary context in China to reshape the objectives of talent cultivation, focus on the cultivation of interdisciplinary capabilities, introduce project-based teaching methods, combine educational technology to enhance students’ innovative thinking ability, build a school-enterprise cooperation platform to strengthen the cultivation of practical skills and humanistic spirit, broaden the international perspective of engineering talents and accelerate the internationalisation of engineering education.
