摘要
本文针对工程管理硕士研究生的特点和应具备的能力结构,分析跨越式教学对培养其创新性思维的作用,探索实施跨越式教学具体途径,并对解决培养工程管理硕士研究生的创新性思维的配套问题提出了建议。
This paper aims at the graduated students’ characteristics of engineering management and their capability structure, by analyzing cross-teaching’s effects of creative thinking cultivation, to explore the implementation path of cross teaching, and offer proposals for other supporting issues of creative thinking cultivation.
