基于PDCA理论的高校教学管理业务流程设计

摘要 PDCA循环理论在企业质量管理方面取得的突出成效,为高校教学管理提供了许多的范本和经验。本文在分析高校教学管理业务的基础上,运用PDCA循环理论对高校教学管理业务流程进行优化设计,主要从教学计划制定、教学日常运行、教学质量监控、教学结果处置四个环节分别进行,旨在深化教学管理改革,提高教学管理效率。 The outstanding effect of PDCA Cycle Theory in enterprise quality management provides many models and experiences for university teaching management. Based on the analysis of university teaching management business, this paper uses PDCA cycle theory to optimize the design of university teaching management business process, it is mainly carried on from four links: making teaching plan, daily operation of teaching, monitoring teaching quality and dealing with teaching result, in order to deepen the reform of teaching management and improve the efficiency of teaching management.
