高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 习总书记曾经指出,要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一,挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源,实现全员全程全方位育人。本文拟以赣南师范大学化学化工学院辅导员与专业课教师协同育人为研究对象,充分运用系统的观点,对辅导员与专业课教师协同育人现状和体系情况开展调查,从共同育人目标的理念看法、联动协调、平台机制等方面进行剖析,进而得出两者协同育人中存在的问题、成因及新模式,以期设计出一套符合辅导员与专业课教师协同育人模式。 General Secretary Xi once pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the unity of explicit education and implicit education, tap the ideological and political education resources contained in other courses and teaching methods, and realize all-round education for all employees. This paper intends to take the collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Gannan Normal University as the research object, make full use of the systematic viewpoint. This paper investigates the present situation and system of collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers, analyzes the concept, linkage and coordination, platform mechanism and other aspects of common education goals, and then obtains the existing problems, causes and new models of collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers, with a view to designing a set of collaborative education models that conform to counselors and professional teachers.
