“三教”改革视域下高职现代家政服务与管理专业课程设置分析

摘要 为响应家政行业提质扩容的要求,促进高职现代家政服务与管理专业的人才培养有效对接社会及市场需求,基于“三教”改革的视角,对样本高职院校现代家政服务与管理专业课程设置进行对比分析,其普遍存在课程目标设置缺乏工匠精神引领、课程模块设置动态失衡、对学生适岗实操能力关切不足等问题。为优化家政专业的人才培养,培育高素质技术技能人才,高职现代家政服务与管理专业课程设置应结合新时代家政服务业特点完善课程定位、提升各模块课程适切性,匹配家政行业用人需求、基于智慧家政保障课程设置实施。 In response to the requirements for quality improvement and expansion of the housekeeping industry, it promotes the cultivation of talents in the modern house-keeping service and management majors in higher vocational colleges to effectively meet the needs of the society and the market. Based on the perspective of the “three teachings” reform, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the curriculum settings of modern domestic service and management majors in sample higher vocational colleges. The common problems are that the curriculum goal setting lacks the guidance of craftsman spirit, the dynamic imbalance of curriculum module setting, and the practice of students on the job capacity concerns, etc. In order to optimize the talent training of the housekeeping major and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, the curriculum setting of the modern housekeeping service and management major in higher vocational colleges should combine the characteristics of the housekeeping service industry in the new era to improve the curriculum positioning, improve the suitability of each module curriculum, and match the needs of the housekeeping industry, and ensure the implementation of the curriculum through the intelligent housekeeping system
